About

Hi, I’m Jen Witkowski—Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and professional bullshit-cutter-through-er.

I don’t prescribe meds, I offer talk therapy where I help people figure out what’s keeping them stuck and how to start building the badass life they actually want. Whether you’re facing big transitions, chronic illness, identity shifts, or just feel like everything is a bit of a mess right now—you don’t have to sort it out alone.

I’ve been in the mental health field since 2005 and earned my clinical license in 2012, so this definitely isn’t my first rodeo. Over the years, I’ve worked with just about everyone—folks with severe, persistent mental illness, military families, people navigating trauma, loss, identity shifts, and those simply trying to make life suck a little bit less.

I’m a real person, not a therapy robot. That means no stuffy clichés or “and how does that make you feeeel” vibes here. I take a human-centered, collaborative approach: we’ll start where you are, move at your pace, and figure things out together—with honesty, curiosity, and plenty of compassion.

Also? I believe everyone deserves access to quality care. That’s why I still take Medicaid and most commercial insurance, even when many private practices don’t. Mental health shouldn’t be a luxury—it should be a right.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here for it. If you’re not sure where to start? We’ll figure that out, too.
